By registering for or using the free subdomain service provided by MMDEVS.ORG (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at mmdevs.org, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also agree that you and your content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Myanmar.

1. The Service

We provide free subdomains (*.mmdevs.org) to GitHub users from Myanmar. This service is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, security, or reliability.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

2.1 Subdomain Ownership

You do not own the subdomain. It is a temporary, revocable license to use a portion of our domain, which may be withdrawn at any time at our sole discretion.

2.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service, as long as it does not violate these terms.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the subdomain for any of the following activities:

• Spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
• Hosting illegal content, malware, or pornography.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Using automated bots or scripts to register accounts or subdomains.
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or sub-license your free subdomain.

6. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subdomain, account, and content at any time, for any reason, without notice, particularly if you violate these terms or any applicable laws.

• Inactivity: If your site is inactive for more than 365 days, we may deactivate it.

7. Limitation of Liability

MMDEVS.ORG shall not be liable for any damages—including loss of data, revenue, or business—arising from your use of the free service, or from our suspension or termination of your registered subdomain.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the subdomain implies acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Privacy

We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the subdomain service. By using this service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our privacy policy (if available).

10. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content hosted under your subdomain and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with these terms and all applicable laws of Myanmar.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Myanmar.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
